How to use it

Quando o empregador deve pagar o valor das férias ?
De acordo com o Art. 145 da CLT, o pagamento da remuneração das férias e do terço constitucional deve ser efetuado até 2 dias antes do início do respectivo período de descanso.
Incide INSS e Imposto de Renda sobre o abono pecuniário ?
Não. O valor recebido pela conversão de 1/3 das férias em dinheiro (abono pecuniário) tem caráter indenizatório e é isento de descontos de INSS e IRRF.
